Julian hasn’t been ignored. John wrote “Good Night” from the White Album for him. Julian was Paul’s inspiration for “Hey Jude,” which began as “Hey Jules.” Julian’s crayon drawing inspired “Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds.” Julian also plays drums on dad’s 1973 Walls And Bridges album. He was 11 years old.
Cheers Willard! You’re the man with the supreme Beatles knowledge. I also think Julian’s made some great records. ‘Valotte’ is a great album and I even like stuff off of ‘Mr. Jordan’ and ‘Secret Value of Daydreaming’.

i think some may argue the Beautiful Boy is actually about Julian and not Sean, but maybe that’s rummers Yoko tried to spread? :-)

Plus, Julian wrote “Saltwater” which was in the best Lennon tradition.
